Thank you for adopting a creature or artwork from Animythicals! Each piece is carefully packaged and sent with the same love and attention that goes into its creation. Please read the details below to know what to expect with your order.
Processing & Production Time

All Animythicals are handmade, and most creatures take at least 1 month to complete before shipping.

Larger or custom creations may require additional time – this will be communicated clearly at the time of adoption or commission.

Ready-to-ship items (such as prints) are usually dispatched within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped using a tracked and reliable postal service to ensure your creature or artwork arrives safely.

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times vary by location, and Animythicals cannot guarantee specific arrival dates once items have been posted.
Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination.

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may apply in their country.
Packaging & Care

Each Animythical is carefully packaged to protect it during its journey.

Please open your package gently and keep packaging materials until you are sure your creature has arrived safely.
Lost or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days with photos of the damage so I can assist you.

Animythicals cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by postal services once the package has been dispatched, but I will always do my best to help resolve issues.
